Money
🤑 As the Abba song goes Money Money Money. I apologies if anyone has started to sing the song but anyway, this section will be similar to the investment and saving section but instead it will be more focused on some of the ways you can actually make money. Now everyone will have their own reasons to why they will want to make money wheather it be; to pay off debt and bills, increase savings, have a roof over their head any more other reasons but most of the time these are the common reasons.
For some people it can be difficult to make money or to even find a secure job in something they like after doing a apprenticeship or on completion of a university degree specially in the time of coronavirus, because some business and different sectors have to reduce the amount of people they have in order to function and pay for other costs and resources they and something has to give even if it means they'll be losing alot of hard working people. Getting back on track, some of the ways you can potentially make money is actually just in front of you, you just have to find a way to make money out of it and here's a list of some ways you can make money.
- Stock and shares- now I've discussed this already in the investment section but this is one way you can potentially make money long or short term depending on how long you spend in the market and how much you put in, but do keep in mind your money is at risk and do think about it carefully cause you can either lose or make money through Forex (I do not recommend Forex) or normal trading .
- Selling clothing and more: so this one is kinda really obvious because you have apps or shops like musicmagpie, Ebay, CEX, Ziffit, webuybooks and many more who offer these kind of services to people who no longer want to keep hold of something and convert it into cash wheather it be a lot of money or not always compare it with another provider before going through with it as some will offer you more even if its just £0.05p-£1.00.
- 21 Buttons: Ever wanted to be a model or take pictures of yourself in those new ASOS clothes, well now you can with 21 buttons its very simple take pictures of yourself or the products, upload the image, tag where its from and the actual clothes and then when a particular amount of people click the links attached to the clothing you can make money. Now this process can be very long and of course you would need to have bought clothes or products which are in the shops currently sadly not something which was bought 2 years ago unless it appears in 21Buttons. Possibly something 21Buttons should look into cause not everyone is going to buy the latest ASOS, Nike or PrettyLittleThing.
- Uber: Have a car, bike or motorbike? Then Uber could be one way for you to make money with most business's relying on their online pressence they'll be needing people who can basically ride or drive something as with uber you can either drive people to destinations or pick up and deliver peoples food. You can also look at apps like JustEat and Delieveroo to become a rider for a resturant as most of them would need someone to deliever their goods.
- Bigo: Your probably wondering WTF is Bigo, well its basically a app where you go live and can make money, so kinda like your instagram live's but instead you can send gifts or tap the screen for the host and interact with them, now if your the host the gifts people send you will get you money as long as it gets you to your target. Now for most host's on Bigo they join a agency or family and they take a percentage of your money as they are bascially your agent and then the remaining amount you keep although it's not completly ne. It is a app to consider and can make you money along with a few other apps which offer the same thing but I have not tested them.
- Writing a book/blog: Now I know what your probably thinking, why am I going to write a book? thats long and I'll have to proof read it and much more, which is true however for those who like to write like myself, find writing a way to express themselves or have the talent for writing, writing a book or even a blog can help you to make some money. You do have sites like Amazon's KDP (Kindle Direct Publishing) which is the new createspace but for those in the UK and possibly other countries it will be harder to publish on their if you dont have certain Tax information that they require, but do look at alternative routes as I'll be doing the same to ensure I can get a book published and off my bucket list.
- Making websites/ graphics design: This would be more for those and myself who can build websites using programming languages or are very creative as alot of people will be looking to create websites to take advantage of stuff online and to get themselves more customers as during lockdown and even now some places have restrictions so by offering to help your local corner shop to build a website would help them to attract more people and even get them to do delieveries and more.
- Working somewhere, typically just finding a job somewhere and doing something you enjoy or even where you have completed a degree in e.g. if you did a degree in vetenary finding a vet to work at or even being a local handyman or doing favours/chores for people in your area e.g. someone wants to cut their grass or hedge offer to do it for them but for money.
- Onlyfans: So this one is very contriversal for good and bad reasons and of course everyone knows what it is and depending on your content you can make alot of money, so it's your choice if you do it.
- Lottery: With this the chances of actually winning are 50/50 and how much you win from the draw will also be a factor, so please dont attempt to do the lottery every week only do it every so often or so.
- Cooking: so with this you could create a baking or catering company and provide different types of food to people
